St Albans North Preschool

At St Albans North Preschool we provide four-year-old kindergarten programs in a safe and secure environment where children can express themselves and enjoy their kindergarten experience. Our programs offer children the opportunity to grow and develop through play, the way children learn best.

Our experienced, dedicated and qualified early childhood educators develop and implement high-quality programs, and provide an emotionally warm and intellectually stimulating environment for children. Our carefully designed programs are age appropriate and suitable for each child’s interests and growing needs.

We offer a variety of activities that encourage children to express themselves through language, art and imaginative play. Our programs are flexible to meet the needs of each child. Through interaction with different people, materials and events, we encourage children to draw on the experiences and cultural backgrounds of others to expand their perception of the world. We listen to children’s interests, ideas and suggestions and work with parents to ensure each child reaches their learning potential.

We respect that families are a child’s first role models. We encourage and maintain partnerships between families, our educators and the community. We place a strong emphasis on understanding and embracing the diverse backgrounds of the families within our kindergarten and incorporate cultural learning and celebrations into our programs.
