About us

At Timbarra Kindergarten, we offer an engaging play-based learning program for three- and four-year-olds that nurtures curiosity, builds friendships, and fosters self-confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. We believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, play, exploration, and a strong sense of belonging within their community.

Our kindergarten features warm and welcoming learning spaces, along with a beautifully outdoor environment inspired by bush kinder principles.

Located within a vibrant community hub alongside Windermere Child and Family Services, Berwick Toy Library and Berwick Neighbourhood House, our kindergarten provides families with opportunities to connect with a range of valuable local services and supports.

We look forward to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every child can feel safe, connected, and empowered to thrive.

Timbarra Kindergarten will be transitioning to operate as part of the ECMS family in late 2026. Please register your interest with the City of Casey by clicking on the Enrol Now button.

ECMS acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live, learn, work and play. Aboriginal people have a long tradition of teaching and learning through sharing their connections with country, community, language and culture. We recognise their continuing connection to the country, and we pay respects to elders past and present.
