We know how difficult it can be at times juggling drop-offs and pick-ups, planning meal times, coordinating schedules and everything else that comes with family life! To assist you in the planning of your busy schedules, we will be conducting surveys with families to guide our 2016 timetables. This is an important process that will help us meet the needs of families in the ECMS community.
This process is part of ECMS’ annual operations review, where we revise our kindergarten session times, fees and staff to child ratios in line with the Department’s changes across all of our services.
Consulting with families, committees and staff is the first step. We will be contacting families who are currently enrolled in our 3 year old and 4 year old kindergarten programs this April to conduct the short survey, either via telephone or online.
We encourage you to provide feedback and support us in planning for these important changes, so that we can provide you with timetables that best meet the needs of your family. The surveys are set to commence in April of this year.
