Altona Kindergarten's Indigenous mosaic snake
Over the last three years, Altona Kindergarten has been hard at work revamping their garden area. The last piece of of the puzzle is finally complete, the garden's feature wall of a mosaic snake. The design was drawn by the kindergarten's Indigenous friend, and was created by the children with the help of artist Julie Latimer. The eye catching artwork was made possible through money raised at Altona Kindergarten's fete last year and a grant from the City of Hobsons Bay. Children current and future will be able to enjoy the delicate craftsmanship of the mosaic snake.
