The ECMS Staff Conference 2010 was once again a highlight of the ECMS year with over 400 delegates enjoying professional development and networking opportunities at Flemington Racecourse on August 19. The theme of Connecting to Our World inspired us to contemplate how we can help children begin to understand the complex world we live in.

The annual ECMS Staff Conference aims to facilitate sharing of ideas between staff, exhibitors and sponsors within the early childhood sector. The conference focuses on providing professional development, resources and networking to our early childhood staff.

The conference is an integral part of our professional development program, providing staff with the opportunity to be inspired and motivated by skilled and experienced early childhood development professionals. It also provides a great opportunity for ECMS to recognise the many achievements of our talented teams.
