Early Childhood Management Services Inc. (ECMS) is a not for profit organisation providing management services to community managed kindergarten and childcare centres throughout Victoria.

We are Victoria’s largest not for profit approved kindergarten cluster manager under the state government initiative.

ECMS has over 12 years experience in delivering early childhood services with a team of qualified professionals in childhood services, education, human resources, marketing and finance.
