Our annual parent survey invites your feedback, ideas and measures your satisfaction with your child’s early learning experience.
The survey is aligned to the National Quality Framework and standards, and includes questions that guide our future planning.
It’s a valuable opportunity for you to share your experiences of our services, and only takes 10 minutes to complete.
You’ll be invited to complete the survey by email from InSync Surveys, our independent survey provider. Hard copies will be provided by the educators for anyone who is not on our email database. All responses are anonymous.
The survey is open from Thursday July 16 to Friday July 31.
We’ll be reviewing our results and responding as necessary in August and September.
If you do have any feedback or queries, please speak to your educators at any time. The survey is a general measure for the year so if you do have something to say, please contact us outside of the survey. You may like to refer to our communication and complaints procedure displayed in the entry to your service.
