ECMS education programs are delivered in 80 licensed services, including kindergartens, long day care centres, 3+ activity groups and family day care.
These services are delivered by a team of over 600 early childhood education and care professionals. Our team of educators, carers and professionals share a common goal – to provide the best possible early childhood services.

We support our people to take leading roles in their local community by a team of specialists including:
- Our social inclusion team supports educators, carers and families in our services in working with children with complex needs, which includes implementing strategies to promote inclusion and connections to early intervention services
- Our quality team supports the organisation and/or services in the implementation of the National Quality Framework and the new reforms
- Our management team provides leadership and mentoring and leads the strategic objectives of the organisation.
