To be eligible you need to be enrolled in one of our five participating early learning centres and submit the Refer a Friend form before your friend or family member enrols their child at a participating ECMS early learning centre.
The participating ECMS Early Learning Centres are:
- Hurstbridge Children's Centre
- Maribyrnong River Children's Centre
- Mossfiel Children's Centre
- Newport Gardens Early Years Centre
- Oakhill Family Centre

Terms and Conditions apply;
- Referral only valid for new families not already enrolled at a participating ECMS Early Learning Centre.
- The referred family must be enrolled for a minimum of two days per week for a consecutive six month period.
