ECMS is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children. In response to the implementation of the Victorian child safe standards, we recently trained and appointed 10 child safety advisors. They have a range of responsibilities including providing support, advice and training to all staff to ensure children are kept safe and allegations/suspected child abuse cases are reported.
This is a leading initiative within the early childhood sector and as a service provider we aim to protect children from harm and provide critical support to those impacted by trauma and abuse. This is a key priority for ECMS and we will share updates on this work over the coming months.
