Mission
The ECMS aim is to make a positive difference in the lives of children, families, staff and the communities we live and work in. Our concern for others is demonstrated by the provision of a specialist advisor for our staff to assist in service delivery to special and additional needs children that access our services.
The statement of purpose
- To act as an employer of qualified early childhood and other appropriate staff for the provision of early childhood services;
- Manage, train and coordinate staff employed in the delivery of early childhood services;
- Encourage parent, family and community involvement of early childhood services;
- Ensure the development of high quality programs for the use in early childhood services;
- To be responsive to and provide solutions for the changing needs of the community in the delivery of early childhood services.
