About us:

• Interlaken Kindergarten was established in 1964 and is an important part of the Rosanna community.


• We offer excellent educational kindergarten programs for both three and four year old children.


• At Interlaken Kindergarten we provide a safe and secure environment where each individual child can express themselves and enjoy kindergarten.


• Our program provides children with the opportunity to grow and develop through play – the way children learn best.


• Our indoor and outdoor facilities offer children of all abilities a wide range of experiences that are both fun and challenging.


• Our experienced and qualified early childhood staff develop and implement high quality programs, and provide an emotionally warm and intellectually stimulating environment for the children.

Our program:

• Offers a curriculum based on topics and themes important to the development, interests and needs of the children.


• Covers activities in early literacy, numeracy, science, the environment, art and music, through to guided social play and free unstructured playtime.


• Aims to develop and extend children’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical and language skills.


• Offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities designed to meet the individual needs of children.


• Provides visits to the kindergarten from outside organisations which present topics of interest to the children.


• Offers four year olds an added experience of one excursion outside the kindergarten.

All kindergarten sessions are conducted by one qualified teacher and their assistant.
