Welcome to Caufield Primary Early Childhood Centre!

Starting Kindergarten is a major step in a child’s life. It is a rewarding, challenging and exciting year where each child develops new skills and abilities.

Caulfield Primary Early Childhood Centre is a not-for-profit, incorporated kindergarten open to all kinder aged children in the community.

The centre has programs for both 3 and 4 year olds. It is managed by ECMS in partnership with Caulfield Primary School.

The kinder has a varied and active play-based program which focuses on developing children's physical, social, emotional and intellectual skills. The learning environment at the kindergarten is designed to help children grow and develop confidence. Children start school with a positive experience of learning with others and strong relationships with trusted adults.

The teachers at the kinder are trained in early childhood education. They provide a planned and developmentally suitable program based on a child-centred philosophy and the individual needs of the children.

The kindergarten is a warm and welcoming place where parents are encouraged to participate as volunteers. It is located in Glenhuntly Road, Caulfield, in a spacious,fully-renovated, heritage building with a large landscaped outdoor play area.
