The commitment by both is outstanding, Sue has a strong view on her teaching techniques and the children truly benefit and grow from them. My daughter is extremely keen to attend Kinda and she can’t wait to see what is happening for the week. The activities are varied and are targeted to the specific needs of the children. Sue communicates with myself regularly about the progress my daughter is making and I receive weekly emails with photo attachments of my daughter working, learning or playing during kinda sessions – this is an amazingly huge task however Sue does it lovingly and with a huge commitment to the children and their progress.
There is a happy buzz that generates throughout Altona Kindergarten and I am so pleased that my daughter and my family are a part of it!

Deanna (4 yrs old) I love singing songs at Kinda. Sue has lots of songs some are tricky, I try hard to sing them. I LOVE the sand pit and my friends.

Renae (4 yrs old) I like to do painting. I like to do drawing. I like to do playing on the slide and I like playing on the sandpit.

Andrea (parent) Two of my children have attended Altona Kinder, with the third commencing in 2010. I have been very pleased with the progress of the girls throughout the kinder year and this is due to the wonderful teachers and their dedication to the children. Sue has a strong focus on getting the children ready for prep year. I am very happy to be a part of the Altona Kindergarten community.
