Our carers

ECMS carers choose to be a family day care provider as it allows them the flexibility to meet the needs of their own family. Many of our carers have children of their own and are experienced with children.

Our care providers have access to training within the childcare industry to assist in fostering learning and development within a secure, safe and stimulating home environment, reflecting community diversity.

ECMS fieldworkers support and guide our care providers in developing play environments that promote children's independence, self esteem, and creativity skills as well as extending their social, physical, emotional and intellectual development.

At ECMS our management team and carers are committed to meeting the individual and changing needs of the families in care. Recruitment of care providers follows strict procedures to ensure quality home based childcare is provided to the community.

Our fieldworkers conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure a high quality standard of care is met at all times, incorporating the changing needs of the families, carers and the community.
