Our philosophy

As early childhood educators, we believe in:

• Working in partnership with parents to record observations of children exploring their environment and presenting findings in individual and room journals, including family contributions


• Encouraging children to have a sense of belonging and being valued as individuals

As a team, we work in partnership with all our families to ensure that every child has the freedom to explore and experiment within a warm and caring atmosphere, promoting fun and the celebration of discoveries.

We recognise and value the knowledge and commitment of the staff and fully support their continuing professional development.

We believe that a centre’s philosophy changes as new insights are gained and practices evaluated.
