Re: Maribyrnong River Children’s Centre, Staff and Activities.
To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to inform Management of our experience at the Maribyrnong River Children’s Centre. We are very grateful and appreciative of the amazing things this centre offers, and wish to inform you about the delightful, enriching and rewarding experience felt by us in the time that we have been a part of this community and service.
My son Willem has loved being greeted each morning by your passionate staff. He also enjoys the many fun and challenging activities provided at the centre including the carefully considered and deliciously nutritious food prepared by your staff members. I myself have appreciated their openness, and genuine care for the kids and parents in keeping me up to date and informed, providing feedback and just making their time available has made me feel very comfortable. Their friendly communication and customer service is really excellent, and has given me peace of mind knowing my son is in very capable, and professional hands.
This letter is testament to the tremendous work that goes on behind the scenes and an acknowledgement of this community resource that is an absolute asset to the wider community - the City of Maribyrnong. It is the people who make it what it is, and it is these hardworking women who work within it that should be praised, encouraged and really valued. Thanks for this opportunity.

My daughter has grown both physically as well as emotionally since joining mrcc, and this is due to the care and attention she has received at this centre. She is cared for in a warm and caring environment much like home and the carers are very capable and nurturing.
It is affordable childcare care at its best!!

As parents we are very impressed with the loving care that Maribyrnong River Children's Centre provides.
Our son has been attending the centre for the past 2 months and the staff really helped him settling well.
They also helped us with assuring words when we dropped our crying boy in the morning, and updated us with his improvement when we picked him up.
He has learnt so much in the short period - we can see that in his language development, play, confidence and social skills.
A huge thank you to you all for creating a wonderful time and place that allows my son to thrive.

The one thing that I love most about Maribyrnong Children’s River Centre is that you are always greeted with a smile and the staff are genuinely happy to see my child. My family has spent the last 7 years at the centre (having 3 children come through) and we have always been happy with the care they are given.
