Organisational structure

ECMS is governed by a voluntary board of management comprised of member representatives and appointed members.

The appointed members of the Board have specific financial and commercial expertise. The directors of the Board are appointed by the organisation, and accept the responsibility of ensuring that ECMS achieves its objectives.
