Cluster Management

ECMS is an approved kindergarten cluster manager and is one of Victoria’s largest not for profit approved kindergarten cluster manager under the state government initiative.

Cluster management is an initiative that unites individual early education services together under a single organisation that takes responsibility for the management of these services.

We work in partnership with committees, staff and families to deliver quality kindergarten services to communities in Victoria. Many eligible kindergartens in Victoria have now joined a kindergarten cluster management arrangement and are experiencing the benefits of a reduced workload and decreased responsibility.
